At VINCERE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags must be attached.
Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
